We are excited to announce that the Tamworth Business Chamber is transitioning to a new membership platform, MembershipWorks!
As shared in previous updates, the Board had an independent Operational Review undertaken followed by a Strategic Planning Workshop. One of the areas of opportunity identified was our organisation’s systems and processes around membership.
After careful consideration and a review of various software solutions, we are confident that this switch will not only streamline operations for our staff but also enhance the experience for our valued members.
So, why the change? MembershipWorks offers a user-friendly interface that empowers each of our members to take control of their membership profile. Gone are the days of back-and-forth emails or phone calls to update information or change billing details. You'll have the convenience of logging in at your leisure to make any necessary updates with just a few clicks.
This platform is used by many other chambers of commerce, business associations, trade associations, and not-for-profits from around the world, and we are confident that it will make managing your membership easier.
You will receive detailed instructions via email on how to access and navigate the new platform. Our dedicated support team in the Chamber office will also be available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
